About Hartman Scale Co. Inc.
Hartman Scale Company Inc. was started in May of 1980 to provide custom weight control systems for the food processing, and chemical processing industry. We have designed and fabricated many weighing structures to accomodate our customers exact needs. We offer PLC systems to provide recipe storage, continuous batch sequences, and continuous loss in weight control systems. One of our primary products is our bulk bag weighing stand. We offer bag filling as well as bag discharge systems to meet your requirements. Our office and fabrication shop are located in facilities located at 100 North Seventh Street in the small town of Perkasie, Penna, USA.
SALES:
START UP ASSISTANCE:
We offer installation of control systems and interconnection to existing panels. PLC programming can be performed on site to update existing systems or provide complete new systems.
SERVICE:
Service requests should be made to our Perkasie office. We have technicians on staff to handle service needs on all type industrial control applications. Start-up services are provided in any part of the country for our bulk bag equipment and batch control or continuous control systems.
FABRICATION:
We have a complete fabrication shop where we manufacture Load cell mounting hardware and our complete line of bulk bag equipment and feeders. We fabricate 10' x 30' Platform scales, monorail scales, stainless steel floor scales of all sizes and capacities as well as custom structures to hold products for weighment. Stainless Steel stands for bench scales, Stainless steel portable scales for pharmeceutical or food processing applications.
BATCH CONTROLS:
Batch controls are assembled , programmed and tested at our facility. Typically we utilize our Model BC-623 controller. We provide custom programs for the Allen Bradley SLC-500 and panelview products. Systems are available for batch weighing as well as continuous flow control on a pounds per minute or pounds per hour basis. Hazardous locations are NOT a problem. Again, we accept any challange you might have to weigh your products.
