DOP Software
An easy to use program for bi-directional communication between the modular amplifier system, MCS-64 series and a PC. Using the integrated storage Oscilloscope function, you can record your weight signal, analyse it, print and / or save it as an Excel or JPEG file. Special functions such as filling and dosing can be simulated and all the relevant parameters tested and adjusted. Using the terminal program, you can also try and test all the communication commands separately prior to integrating them into a PLC / PC program.

HB-Programmer
Firmware Download program. With this program you can download new firmware into existing measurement modules of the MCS-64 and so benefit from the latest firmware upgrade. The program provides a binary communication between the PC and the MCS-64, and stores the new operating software, also known as firmware in the Flash EPROM area. The download runs completely automatically.

For continuous dispensing or loss-in-weight applications. This special firmware for the Load Cell Amplifier Module LDM 88.1 determines the flow of material per unit time and keeps it constant by the use its self learning software. This module can be supplied with either a Profibus DP or Canbus Gateway which allows you to connect to your PLC. By using complex software compensation tools, the bulk tank can be refilled without the need to stop the dispensing process.

Filling-Software - Firmware 88.184 V. 2.13 LDM 88.1
Fill whatever you want with this firmware for the LDM 88.1 Load Cell Amplifier Module.
This firmware can be used to automatically fill containers, bottles, big bags, packages etc. With the help of up to 25 adjustable parameters, the filling process can be optimised taking into account, the tare weights, pre-filling, in-flight corrections, delay times, fill weight averaging etc. Logic outputs control coarse and fine fills and give a ready signal once the filling cycle is complete. Logic inputs can provide the start, stop and check container in place information.
