DOP Software

An easy to use program for bi-directional communication between the modular amplifier system, MCS-64 series and a PC. Using the integrated storage Oscilloscope function, you can record your weight signal, analyse it, print and / or save it as an Excel or JPEG file. Special functions such as filling and dosing can be simulated and all the relevant parameters tested and adjusted. Using the terminal program, you can also try and test all the communication commands separately prior to integrating them into a PLC / PC program.

HB-Programmer

Firmware Download program. With this program you can download new firmware into existing measurement modules of the MCS-64 and so benefit from the latest firmware upgrade. The program provides a binary communication between the PC and the MCS-64, and stores the new operating software, also known as firmware in the Flash EPROM area. The download runs completely automatically.

DAS 72.1 - Filling Software - Firmware 72.184.v.2.06

To automatically fill to a set weight using coarse and fine filling with automatic in-flight correction. 3 logic inputs are used to start and stop the filling process and to check the container is in place. The 3 logic outputs control the coarse and fine fills and give a ready signal when the filling cycle is complete. Now available with automatic in flight correction
